Note that Issue Reports submitted using this form may not be seen by a customer service representative until the next business day. Undine’s credit card payment processor is changing platforms.
Starting on August 21, 2025, you will be required to re-enroll for your water or wastewater service auto-payments by credit card** that are currently active with any of Undine’s water or wastewater systems.
**Recurring ACH by check will not be affected and requires no change.
Please ensure to login to eonlinebill.com/undine within 30 days of this date to re-enroll in autopay to ensure you don’t miss a payment.
